on the 225 R26 does your car remember the cruise control remember that the switch is on after turning off the ignition then on. if the cruise control switch is on then i turn off the car next time i get in the car i have to switch it off then on to get it to work.

is that just mine or does anyone else's do that?

  3. I hope you dont mind me hijacking the thread but saves creating a new one.

My cruise control/Main light control panel is missing the dipped beam control. Is this normal? Cant say Ive seen an R26 with it missing. Is a replacement a simple switch over?

thats how mine is as well, R26 has the xenon level sensors so should adjust themselves

  5. Do you find your beam is really high? I've always kept it on the lowest setting on my other cars.

i had mine MOT the other week and they said it would have failed on the beam being too low on mine, they adjusted and it is quite high now but i can see alot better now lol

could try checking the level sensors as sometimes the bar in them snaps. t5heres one on the passenger wishbone and one on the rear beam passenger side

  7. My R26 has the level wheel next to the dash light dimmer wheel and I have never had to touch the cruise buttons as it has always been left on and remembers every time I drive it

  8. They definitely work as when I switch the engine on they cycle through the different heights, then remain on the highest.
Just don't want to blind anyone lol.
