Hi im new to this forum so apologies if posted in wrong thread.. Recently purchased a rs250 and have had "check injection system" come up. I've plugged a code reader in and it showed P0340 (camshaft sensor) My question is where is this located is it easily accessible that I can change it myself or does it require going to a garage ? It's on the cylinder head, to the right, to the front From my experience if it's not working the engine will not start, i could remove the crank sensor and the engine would still start. Check injection could be a number of different things, is the engine stock ???
Cheers mate will have a look tomorrow. The odb reader sais its the camshaft sensor and that's the only code showing up so hoping it is just that with abit of luck haha. Will replace it and go from there. I
