   Bought one of these
   
   
   
   
   
   I think it’s just a case of supporting engine with a jack,
   unship coolant tank
   remove 6 bolts,
   Remove mount
   Add insert
   Then back together
   
   Anyone done this and agree also what torque are the 6 bolts please ?

   I just pushed mine in, without supporting anything, was tight as hell though, ended up using plenty of fairy liquid to get it all the way home. Had to use a lever to get some leverage on it also.

   I'm having the engine mount changed completely next week. Would be interesting to see how these compare.
