Anti pollution check fuel injection system issues

Hi all
Recently purchased a Megan 250
Did not have the opportunity to get an extended drive.
Just got round to using it this week.
Started it up and getting both
Anti pollution and check injection system runs lumpy on tick over..
Any thoughts or ideas
I have researched the issues and comes up with a few different results.
I have a basic scanner so will look at that tomorrow

Tick over is just lumpy is the best way I can describe it

 

New battery as the previous one was in correct
Found a sensor on the inlet cable tied
Now instead of the Xmas tree lights on the dash...just getting anti pollution light staying on
Any further help guys
