hi guys just fitted my decat my question is do i have to fit both lambas the car is getrting mapped next week the reason for my question is i can get the top one in ok but the botton one is catching on the starter heat sheild the decat is a scorpion so is a good fit
Well if it was "a good one" then the second sensor would have fitted. I think they normally map them out, but till then it will need it
the 2nd lamba hole came capped so i can only presume that the 2nd one is defo mapped out ill be taking it on my truck to the mappers
On mine both holes came with removalable plugs. Why don't you phone whoever is going to map it to see if they need it fitted or not
I made the mistake of buying scorpion before too and had the same issue getting the second sensor to fit, ended up buying a 45 degree spacer and fitting it. Never had any engine light before getting it mapped either.
