Hi all, im new here and i need help. im working in renault service but i couldnt solve this problem. there is a noise in box when press clutch noise goes away.(179.952 km) i changed all bearings in box also dmf clucth pedal and clutch bearing but noise is still exist. also i found on gearbox this number which is belongs to scenic 1.9? there is no other number on box. maybe box changed before? mine is 7701717780 /7701717759 for ndo-000 and 7711135910 for ND0S07 in system of renault. i hope you have any ideas about this thanks
that's a weird one, doesn't sound like a gearbox to me as it is tapping kind of noise, difficult to diagnose like that, did you ask other tech at Renault?
Did you change the clutch? Did you check if the imput shaft is perfectly straight? Perhaps it is a little bit bent
Yes 3 other cotechs exld. me check it.Unfortunately It coming from gearbox.when i forced to shift into gear witout press clucth pedal noise goes away also. i did change oem clutch dmf and clutch bearing.and yes checked also primary shaft straight and no gap into box.
