Shame that wasn't a few years later with an R26. There'd be a Renault at the top of the board then.

So according to your 'stats' the Trophy was slower round the top gear track, 0.2 slower round Hockenheim, 0.2 faster round Oschersleben, and probably only 0.2 slower/faster around Bedford on a dry day...

Renault Megane Sport F1-Team R26 is a bit faster.


I'm not saying the diff'd car won't be nicer to drive because it will but this complex that ph1's suck compared to ph2's is really beginning to grate on me.

By the way this is 0.2 seconds if we're figure hunting.

Never had a 225 to compare but my R26 is a bit better on the corners than the wifes ph1 dynamique.

Trouble is my ph1 172 was better than the R26....

 

i have a ph2 without lsd, i was all over bm`s and scubbys at cadwell who needs a lsd!!

 

You're ignoring the 2 seconds faster around the track in question.
This isn't about 225 vs R26 this is about RS vs other hot hatches. It's quite pleasing to know you bought the fastest, do you not get the normal French car ribbing off mates?

Cee'd's are properly good little cars imo!

My mate bought a procee'd from now and I was gobsmacked how good it was!

He got a mk7 golf recently and it's not the mega level up you'd expect coming from the cee'd.

 

upped their game the kia lot recently more infact than the frenchies!

 

The price is going up though on Kia's!

That Cee'd GT looks excellent in my eyes - it's not quite quick enough though but the fit and finish looks excellent - the interior cabin looks nicer then the new clio 200 anyway!

 

the new 200t is awesome!

 

I've no doubt but the interior is a little lacking to my eyes...
