    You need this stuff

    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Victor-R...614517&hash=item469424c3fe:g:j24AAOSwoddaa0Un

Just make sure the surfaces are clean and oil/grease free, you can put the bearings in and torque them down, you can do all of the other assembling but leave the sump off.

When the Reinzosil turns up, fit the nozzle, cut the first step off, then you need to squeeze the sealer in the grove until you can see it seep out the sides all the way up.

  7. noooo the photo. is what the engine had its origin.

  8. if victor reinz of boards. I have in the workshop.

then it says mount and tighten. then everything dry and clean, I put the spout of the joint former. put it in and squeeze until it blows all over the place

That correct, it is the only thing that stops the oil from the sump getting into your clutch, well apart from the crank seal

Just get it built so you can use it, have you done the short shifter modification yet ???

  26. hahaha if the turbo is very expensive.

if the lever is already modified

Your better getting it it forged and doing the turbo at a later date, than the other way around

  37. the water thermostat. I am looking to change it. Any recommendation? larger? colder?

    ianplymouth RSM Club Member

You cant go bigger as it fits in a housing, you could drop a couple of degrees, but the ECU might think its not quite warmed up and add extra fuel, this is what it does if the thermostat goes wrong (opens at lower temp)
