Hi, I am trying to find a wiring diagram or instructions on how to do an airbag delete on my 2005 RS 225 so that I can install bucket seats. I have read in some of the forums and found some instructions for a MK3 but I cant find any for the 225. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know you need to add some resistors but I am not sure on which cables.
yes it is possible, had mine done by a guy on here at Brands hatch nearly a couple of years ago now. It good, as the light comes on for a couple of seconds then goes off, so the MOT guy is happy
Yes, I also did not think that was possible. I asked my local Renault dealer. Where exactly did you get it done? I would like to get in contact.
but where? I have heard both ways, CLiP works, it doesn't work. No one ever provides where they actually got it turned off with CLiP
@Cold_Drift have sent you a PM, which hopefully explains what needs to be done. Renault are probably not too keen on doing it, but depending where you are in the Country one of the trusted specialists should be able to help.
