Whether he has or not you won't ever see it. I'm having to take him to court to get my money back. Avoid.
I am still awaiting delivery for a set of R26 wheels, I have already payed for, plus postage. Must be 6 months ago, Thief as far as I'm concerned. Was going to chase his missus for my money because he's obviously gone into hiding.
Can you link me to those? If there's enough of us it might be worth doing something legal together and sharing the costs. So far he has failed to show up to two mediation sessions. I have no doubt he will fail to show up in court too.
I got a judgement in my favour because he failed to provide available dates. If anyone else scammed by this guy wants to know how to do this fire away. I'll even do it for you if you provide the evidence.
He tried conning me around 18 months ago, would never ever deal with him ever again. Yet on the Facebook group there were still people sticking up for him. I got my parts eventually but he claimed to have sent it. Reality was it never left the house for the first 3 weeks and he hoped I would go away.
he has ripped quite a few people off, avoid at all costs, plenty of posts about him on the FB Megane groups.
