  5. One for 6 years (but I lived away for 3.5 years of that) second for about 6 weeks then bought the third shortly after and still have it ( 12 months now). Great cars.

  6. Loved the Pug. Revved like mad and hung on like a limpet around corners. A nippy car in its heyday. Not cheap anymore, if you can find a good one. The Gralle....where do I start. Let's just say, "why oh why did I ever sell it"!!!

  7. A lovely flame red 172, sold to a bloke who came from Dunkirk. Never to be seen again.

  11. Wow you like your renault 19 16v. My brother had a blue charmade back in 98. It had been tweeked in handling dept by previous owner. Cornered on rails. He was coming from astra gte 16v and gsi. The old red tops. They did not corner on rails.

I cannot remember when I last saw one. Rare cars even when new.

  14. I started out in a 1.0 Micra K11, then began my French car collection!

1.4 Clio dynamique, in snot green, which got written off due to a van not wanting to stop.

1.6 Clio dynamique, black, sold this to upgrade to Renault sport!

2.0 Clio 182, silver, my partner wrote this off after only 4 days of ownership :worried:.

2.0 Clio 2.0 black, this was written off to another van that didn't stop.

2.0 Clio Cup, inferno orange, I wrote this off in February in the snow :worried:

  19. You are like some kind of Renault killer. Do you not like them?:grinning:

  20. I've been a renault fan and owner from start, as my father works in Renault (me too now):

(2011) Learned to drive at 16 in Twingo 1,2 (bought chrashed) my sisters car (actually drove it while family was not at home hehe)

(2013) Than went to Megane II 1,6 (bought chrashed) which was also sisters car (full of options, best at that time for me was sunroof)

(2013) Than it began with my cars, first one was Megane II 1,5dci (bought chrashed)

(2016) Bought another diesel, Megane III 1,5dci (bought chrashed). It was the best car ever, even lowered it with springs and it was awesome.

(2017) Found my current car Megane III 275 (2015) which was also chrashed, and own it since. It is on 70.000km (slovenian guy here) and did not have any major problems with it, only basic meg stuff (doors not unlocking, rear wiper stopped working,...)

So yes, every car I owned it was chrashed and we repaired it with my father. It is so relaxing working on chrashed cars as you know that you will own it after it is repaired and you actually save some money that way.
