MK4 Front Bumper Removal Guide?

Does anyone please have access to a guide as I cant find any on t'net?

Thanks, unless I missed it all I could see were the parts schematics, what I ideally need is a workshop-guide.

I remember removing the MK3 front bumper was more involved than you'd think, and the MK4 looks even more involved....

Thanks! Not 100% sure if I have it or not?! - I didn't pay for any of the optional 'assistance' packs, so it would only have it if it came as standard - I'll do some digging...
