MK3 Cup shocks with H&R springs - Low miles

Discussion in 'Car Parts For Sale' started by Coopz21x, Jun 23, 2019.

  1. As title says have cup shocks and H&R springs for sale.

Front shocks have done 4K since they where replaced by previous owner (see picture of receipt) HOWEVER, when they where fitted the passenger front doesn’t have the dust boot as you can see by the picture. Also the same side will need a new top mount as one of the threads has stripped... my fault, again see picture.

Rears are original so have done 55k. Still work as they should. No leaks and the bushes are still fine.

H&R spring havnt even done 1K. Purchased in Feb and taken off at the end of March.

    Collection only from SN12

    £180

  2. I think you would be better off selling them separately, no one that already has cup dampers is going to want to buy another set

  3. To be fair, they're ideal for people without the cup pack

  4. Time will tell...

  5. Good idea to add in I would sell them separately. However I wouldn’t sell just one damper at a time (as I’ve been asked already) , leaves it awkward to sell then

  6. PM sent.

    Please reply.

  7. How much do the springs lower the car by?
    Thanks Tom

  8. Depnds what springs and dampers you have now

  9. Standard megane rs but without the cup pack

  10. 30/40 mm

  11. Its definitely worth doing for the handling alone! I managed to get a set of cup suspension cheap and swapped the springs for grams, sits nicely (not too low and impractical) and corners much better
