Front Strut Tops

MK2 doesn't need anything doing, mk3 needs the top cutting out to around 75mm

 

So the 225 shouldn't need any strut top opening to gain access for all the adjustments?

I just bought a hole saw etc but thought I'd better check before I go crazy, good job too!

 

There quite accessible on the mk2, the mk3 is tucked under the scuttle so a bit more awkward to adjust
