I have one here to sell. It's been machined with a new ball stud fitted. The whole unit has been stripped, vapour blasted to as new condition and rebuilt. The Nylong bush has been redrilled to prevent any siezing up. £90+£10 post. £50 deposit which I will refund on return of your old unit, or make me an offer if you want to keep it.
@Mossyv6 - This is a photo of the most recent batch after they were stripped, cleaned and reassembled. It will fit PH2 225 or R26.
Mine came in a few days ago. Fitted yesterday evening. Phil was good enough to include instructions (didn't need them as I've pulled the thing before) but nice to have. Also included a return slip so all you need to do is repack and post! I'll echo what everyone here has said already: an absolute must mod. Car should have come like this from factory. Roughly how long does it take to swap these in? I finally get my garage back this weekend (been getting building works done so my garage has been full of materials) so need to get mine fitted and my old one sent back to @wtknsphil

FINALLY got my garage back to being usable again over the weekend so first job after work today was to get the short shifter installed! Everything when remarkably well and was a straightforward simple job. Took the car for a quick test drive and the difference is staggering. Instead of reminding of a gearbox from an 80s Ford Escort, it's now closer to the feel of my old EP3 CTR and mk2 mx5 Thanks again to @wtknsphil for supplying the modified linkage. Phil can you also PM me the returns details for the old linkage and I'll get it sent back to you this week.
Transforms the drive doesn't it Dale. I was over the moon that I could actually drive the car how it was meant to be driven.

Finally got round to fitting mine last night, great instructions from Phil with pics which helped no end, all easy enough to do, took about an hr and the difference is unbelievable, it’s like driving a different car now! My standard one will be going back to him ready to be modded for someone else. Huge thanks @wtknsphil, cannot recommend this enough!
just make sure the people that STILL have not sent back returns ,to get them away as soon as possible. Everyone one else that has ever run this service has stopped, because of having to chase non-returns. The linkages are very hard to come by second hand,as people wont split them from gearbox`s. So dont be selfish,and let others experience what a revelation this mod is! Phils to much of a nice guy to put up a rant like this! But come on guys...this is supposed to be a forum for Renualtsport fans. Help the guy out,so he can help you!
