   850 revs / minute is usually the norms on engines that size

   Mine is deferent,around 1100 revs when is cold the morning

   My Mk 2 225 is 750 RPM at working Temperature [book is 710 +/- 40)
   When cold ECU pushes RPM to around 950 to prevent stalling,
   
   The F4R t engine is often found to be a little rough at idle - which accounts for the 80 RPM Range shown in the specs
