would there be any interest in a battery relocation kit for the MK2. it would come with everything needed to move the battery from under the bonnet to the spare wheel well. it would come with a new ECU bracket to tidy up the engine bay. it would look exactly like mine, as shown in the pictures Oil can fitted by matt eaton, on Flickr Battery connection box by matt eaton, on Flickr Battery in boot by matt eaton, on Flickr im still currently working out the costs
Could be interested. I have all the induction kit pipework but it won't fit unless I move or relocate the battery. The ECU bracket looks nice and tidy. Can you still have the floor in the boot over the battery box? Are you using a standard lead acid battery?
yeah, you still have the carpeted floor in place, im using the standard battery. the kit will come with a battery box like the one in the photo
