Thought I’d start a new thread on this to not get mixed up with the last ac issue. After looking through some posts on here it seems some people have had similar issues. Just looking for some advise from the guys who have experienced this and fixed it... Fans not blowing cold air. When ac is engaged the radiator fan isn’t firing up. Just been re gassed and checked for leeks. I had noticed the coolant level was near the min mark so topped this up but still no change. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers
Could be couple of issues either systems lost pressure and won’t active (self preservation) or faulty a/c switch.
Would these be things that CLIP would pick up on? I’m thinking if I’d let the coolant level drop a bit low the ecu has maybe turned the ac off?
Unlikely CLIP detect low pressure or switch failed ECU not aware of minor coolant level change A good aircon shop should either get system working or diagnose fault
AC shop it is then I reckon. I will call a few this week and get it booked in. Will keep the thread updated. Cheers bobson
Had an AC specialist come out today to check the system. His diagnostic reader found a 'pressure sensor fault' and an 'AC ECU fault'. The pressure sensor fault is an easy fix but not too sure what the AC fault is within the ECU? I' hoping this is this because there is a pressure sensor fault? He couldn't clear either codes so thinking to start with the pressure sensor and going from there. Can anyone shed some light on this before I go a head with the sensor change? Cheers Jack
Is it just a bumper off job or does the rad etc need to come off also to gain access? Does anyone have a part number for the sensor? Cheers

May be worth getting a garage to change the sensor, as soon as you take it out it'll need re-gassing anyway, as least they can recover the gas before hand. Mark at MRS will do it if he's in travelling distance
