Hey guys, I've been noticing a strange sound on the 265 whenever I slowly turn into or out of any ramp, seems to be coming from the roof, more specifically along the sides of the glass roof. I mentioned this to a friend and he told me that it seems that I'm describing chassis flex although he was surprised that the 265 would exhibit that. Any 250/265 owners know what i'm talking about? Cannot comment on the 265 mate but my Clio 197 and my current R26 do that too. In fact i have to spray silicon round my doors to stop them creaking when the road surface has a change in camber - of course its mainly at slow speeds you hear it.
My 197 had the glass roof. When it was cold and snowy the glass in the roof would crack / creek with the ice that had formed around the seals as the chassis flexed.
