Fuel mix too "rich"

  1. Since last week i noticed that there was more pops/bangs from the exhaust . [normal driving/no high revs]

Plugged in the adapter and logged with Torque pro too see what the Fuel Trim Bank 1 Long Term is.[LTFT]

Under cold start: after a short 5 minute drive it dropt too LTFT 9,1

Another log: LTFT starts @14,1 after a 15 minute engine warm-up i get too the highway and doing a short full throttle sprint.
LTFT gets too 23,4 after that i set cruise control on 60mph [way back home] and the LTFT get too 37,5

MAP / MAF sensor broken ?

  2. Without proper equipement you’re chasing ghosts. I’ve purposely tried to get ltft changing during 630cc mapping and it certainly doesn’t change that rapid. Takes 100’s of km’s for the ltft to alter

  3. Oke

  4. Today i did a vacuüm test with the smoke machine and there was no leaks.
On the computer, the readings from the Map sensor and the lamda looks oke the LTFT still on 23,4

  5. Where abouts are you Dan? I might be able to help

  6. I'm living in Coevorden [Drenthe], today i will try too replace the stock airbox too see if that make a difference.

Thanks mate , stage 1 remap is on my bucket-list i will contact you for that, but first i want too sort this problem out.
