   Hi guys,
   
   I’ve just tried fitting my dump valve, but I’m not sure what this plat is for and the springs, it has to do with something because I can’t really hear the dump valve?

   If you follow your blue pipe back all the way back to the turbo, you will see the recirculating dump valve, the plate replaces that part

   If the plate is flat and doesn't look like the one fitted then you don't need the spring, the spring might be for the after market one you have fitted
