HELP PLEASE. Ordered some led bulbs off ebay went to replace standard ones but some reason they dont seem to fit. I've ordered h7 bulbs which ive read are correct ones but where the bulb actually sits in the metal clips seem really loose. Am i been thick or are they shagged. If so where. Can i get replacement plastic housing from. Cheers jambo
number plate bulbs are 501 bulbs, h7 are headlight dipped/main beam type of bulbs. You can get the plastic housing off ebay with led internals already in, a lot brighter than using led bulbs, that's what im running.
My mistake mate they are 501 bulbs, just checked purchase history. Problem is the metal clip where bulb slides in has snapped. Another quality renault part lol
Yeah think im gonna get them 1s aswell. Just changed interior lights and for whatever reason drivers door light isn't working but passenger side is. Are they on separate fuses or not?
Are they in the right way? And for what ever reason, when you first pit them in they wont come straight on, you have to close and open the door again. Dont know why it just does it.
Yeah tried them both ways just confusing as passenger side came straight on. I'll try after work refitting them and close and open door
not sure if the new megs have puddle lights but getting aftermarket ones of these are quite cool, you can have car emblems etc, so on the m5 it has the m logo which looks really good at night, i will try to get a pic tonight if i remember
