what a attractive front end... wouldnt like to replace that badge..probally cost 100 quid with so much shiny chrome plastic used to make it.
The Alfa giulietta isn't bad on the reliability front, I work down the road from an Italian specialist and he says they are miles better than alfas of the past, he has branched out and does more work on Bmw cam chain failures as they seem to be common.
Ive got to say that I dont think that it looks nice from any angle. Maybe I will change my mind when I see it on the road.
It's just in case you forget you're driving a renault [emoji848] The first thing my non-car friends said about my Trophy was (sarky) "is it a renault?!?! that front badge is massive" I guess Mercedes make the badges huge on their cars too..... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
its such a shame..the facelift trophy was a great looking car, with a very sharp looking front end...apart from the comedy sized badge. The facelifted lights looked great.
I mean.. sure it sounds like another 4 pot forced induction engine but it does sound different. There's a lot of turbo whistle in that I've not noticed in a mk3, it even possibly sounds a smidge smoother to me but meh.... who buys a 4 pot hot hatch for the sound right?
And it sounds like the whistle is more from the induction side and could be non-standard as it's a development car.
Not the new RS but it might keep us going for a few more days. http://www.carscoops.com/2017/08/renault-megane-tcr-ready-to-race-in-2018.html?m=1
They really aren't very good at marketing their products, are they? Others would be leaking bits of information or pictures to build some hype.
What's the issue, it's already been shown to build hype, just waiting the official unveil. Renault are doing a perfectly fine job with it....
I'll wait for Chris Harris to review it before I paraphrase his opinion as my own without having driven it.
I can't wait for two weeks time so you can then spend hours each day picking fault in a product you have no inclination whatsoever to purchase.
Not even a little tease. Ford knocked out a PR masterclass with the RS. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather the budget was spent on the product but compared to the Alpine.....
The next Megane will serve to shape and focus my future preferences. It's going to be a key moment in the Renaultsport journey.
