What is the rough cost of a Cambelt, Aux Belt and Water Pump being fitted to an R26? Just so I've got a rough idea for when I'm looking at secondhand cars, just so I can factor it in
Care to share where? I'm in West Essex. Cost are quoted as parts (Cam Belt, Aux belt, water pump, crank studs, coolant) £289+VAT (£346.80) + approx 8 hours labour @ £65 per hour = £520+VAT (£624) Total £970.80

Think I am going to try Engine Dynamics as £448 inc VAT seems OK, as other specialists have quoted a 8hour job and even my local garage charges £50+VAT an hour. Might even try Engine Dynamics level D service for £707 and get everything done including cambelt/WP, i.e. gearbox fluid, brake fluid, plugs etc. etc.
