if you have the earlier twin spring actuator,then buy the engine dynamics linkage,,it will work fine on the earlier phase 1 cars. Just dont fit it to later 225s on..this has a single spring actuator,and a far larger linkage..so the engine dynamics shortshift is to light to function correctly.

you will have to take the battery tray out to find out for sure. This is the small phase 1 type linkage..there is a guide on here i think for making the original into a shortshift..easy on a phase 1..just a drill required. if its phase 2,its more involved. or,as i said before...the engine dynamics short shift will work correct with the double spring early phase 1 actuator..
