Hi In this tread i will present to you my project forged R26 When i bought car it worked fine.. than i speak to first owner and he told me tht car is maped and it should produce 270 hp... but previous owner had dyno test done and car did only 234HP.. i did a compression test and found out that cylindr No.2 have only 5Bars of compression. I had to decide what to do... 250 swap or forge the engine, 250 option would be cheaper but in our contry there is no way to find 250 engine so i decided to go the forged way Setup will be something liek that: Wossner forged pistons Forged I beam conrods Nimonic valves Hybrid turbo Forge Ic Forge aktuator Recirc valve ktr intake Ktr 3" exhoust ktr 3" downpipe single mas r26r flywheel 630cc injektors new coils new sparkplugs Pictures: Best regards from Slovenia

You didn`t look hard enough for a 250 engine, there is a 250 parked in the picture of the engine block.
Haha i doubt it that he would sell me the engine nobody here breaks meganes for spares and nobody from england would not send the engine to Slovenia

I was tallking to enigma ( Slo tuning company ) they sad 1000€ for the rebuild + machining and they have everything full for half a year in advance So 800€ with machining included is for me a good price... how good they are i dont know... but they certainly know what they are doing
Pistons are 83mm Well the budget is limited and i am allready at 6k€ with this build Maybe in the fututre some bigger turbo, fuel pump etc.
Remap done ! car runs great and puls like a train Poul did a great job !! stickers... seats were cleaned

Car was maped online on the road. will do dyno this fall and then post a graph It shoul have around 310-320hp and 480nm (350ftlb) of torque
