Hi mate, was that you in the yellow 250, i was behind when you went off at paddock, thought you had saved it for a moment.Bloody wet, but great fun.
had the afternoon at Brands with Ed and Ian, it was very wet, but great fun, only nearly spun a few times : )
Yeh that was me. Assessed the damage today! Both left wheels need a refurb, few stone chips on left rear wheel arch, and the diffuser needs glueing back together! Wish you had it on video!!
I had that a lot to be fair with other people braking after the apex. Sorry for making you back off! And cheers for stopping after!
Ditto. I was trying to copy your line through clearways but couldn't get the power down! What tyres do you have on? I'm completely standard....
Ordered some ds3000 frt pads and better fluid as mine are terrible Got blyton on dec 28th so will need it
Car looked nice Jos and definately good driving from the renault lot on the day, shame about some of the others but it's always the way.
took out rear seats and all the boot sound proofing feels so much lighter and seats weighed a ton happy with the car now
When looking at the engine bay. Top left and right corner. 2 clips to pull up the plastic cover. Then under there, just near the wiper arm there will be a black rubber grommet that leads to the plug hole. If you can't see that, and all you see is water, then you're blocked. Stick your hand in there and feel around for the hole. Once you know where it is, use something (like dip stick) and push it down the hole. You should see the water drain away. I'll get some pictures later or tomorrow if you need them.
Spent most of today painting the chrome bits in the headlights Modded headlight by Nick Collins R.S. Photography, on Flickr I'll post up a few more pics when i fit them tomorrow
Well not today but tomorrow if it's not raining!! Fitting apex lowering springs hopefully without any probs but giving my luck there's no chance of that lol I'll post some before and after pics when done!!
Can't see why they would, don't plan on hitting any curbs though, never had a problem with them chipping before, I did a set for my mates MX5 race car and they still look like new after 3 years of abuse
Just because the paint isnt baked that all. It sometimes chips easier. Still need to get mine done black , and wing mirrors , and r26r spoiler ..
Fitted my red set of R wheels along with a new set of RE 050As , must say very impressed with the grip of them
