Red Megane RS250

  1. evening all,

    so last week i picked up my new toy! a nice Megane RS 250 in beautiful capsicum red, 40k miles and FSH! although no cup pack I'm still impressed and definitely do not regret my choice! first things first where to upgrade interior and number plate lights to LEDS! and silly me decided it was a good idea to pop a fuse whilst doing this on the number plate lights! so after a lot of panicking and reading about what a hassle it is to change the fuse in the engine bay i set about giving it a go! turns out i was reading an MK 2 guide which required battery out etc .. thankfully MK3 was easy enough!

    my current mods are as follows;

    Black badges
    de-badged back end
    LED lights for a more pleasing night time feel!

    My future mods at the moment :

    Book Re-map with RStuning - definitely going to upgrade to a better panel filter, and i am debating a Cat Back system but unsure whether for the gains its worth it? ( any opinions)
    although not a mod id feel more comfortable if belts and water pumps etc was done soon too!

    ^ after this ill go from there on how i feel about the car

    anyway enough rambling i just thought id get a thread started to start getting some progress made, here are some pictures after a quick wash! sorry I'm not a good photographer!
