Hi all, 2017 is here and I have a new car for this year. The RS250 Cup is going for sale and I have returned to the "old school" MK2 in the form of an R26.R. It has a forged motor from RS Tuning built by Paul Murray with a number of other changes and just last week the installation of Nitron suspension and set-up. Here's and video taken from a friends 458 Speciale as we lapped yesterday in the cold and drying track.....the wiggle at the end is just testing the rear grip as this was a warm up lap. Hope to see some members out here this year. Drive safely...

Yeah fully TUV not as easy as the MOT. I was at his new place yesterday doing a walk round.....its a construction site at the moment but he has big plans for it and its all on schedule. I did some laps with him yesterday in the Speciale and him in my R26.R .....and earlier in the rain my VW Caddy!! We are out in his new 675LT Spider next week which should be a laugh..the R26.R will have to stay home! Yeah I'm looking forward to seeing Apex progress, ambitious plans but they seem more than capable of pulling it off with the speed the build has taken so far, nice to see Misha got something sorted locally after the RGS debacle haha. Did you have to change much for tuv? Kirfel are very helpful and certainly know their stuff. Any chance of a full spec of the R now?
