Hi guys, I am really considering these tyres https://www.tyre-shopper.co.uk/tyres/brand/avon/avon-zz5-xl/225-40YR18-92Y-xl Avon ZZ5 XL Has anyone had any experience with them etc. I wasnt really planning on spending £££s on Pilot sports or Eagle F1's etc as I only do around 6000 a year anyway, but would like some decent grip in the rain etc... Thanks
Yes, I've used them. As a road tyre they are fine. I've done a trackday on them and whilst they're not as good as R rated tyres or michelin PS2/4 PSS etc they're ok, especially for what you pay.
Exactly mate, I won't be doing a Trackdays and don't want to spend £100 a tyre but still don't want crap budgets. Thank you for the advice
