Does this stuff actually work? Seen several people use it but never used it myself

100% works. The key to it working properly is the preparation, the surfaces must be clean of any dirt and oils.

Always wipe down with Carpro Eraser or another Isopropyl Alcohol before applying.

 

I've just got my wheels back from refurb and awaiting tyres putting on, would you say to put this on them before or after tyre fitting or no difference?

After, otherwise you'll have to prep the wheels and then coat them and then clean them again after your tyres have been fitted to remove the tyre paste they use for fitting.

Do the clean, prep and coat all in one go then.

As Matt pointed out it doesn't come with the suede cloths, but you can get that kit cheap enough.

 

A must for refurbed wheels!
