Yeah I did in the end,picked it up yesterday did you have anything done to it?i notice it's had midbox delete and also the lack of service history was a worry but presumed it had been done privately? engine seemed quiet and smooth enough to make me not that worried though tbh
Was a full book full of receipts and stuff Serviced it myself like I have all my old high performance cars focus rs subaru civic type r Nissan pulsar I like to get to know my car. The red lip is just plastidip and can be removed also just had its balljoints done by a specialist
Ah they must of got rid of the receipts,it looked to be enthusiast owned so just presumed servicing had been done privately,when I went to view the car the lip had been changed or plasitdipped back to black.did you have the timing belt done?as noticed it was getting to the point where it was due.
Thanks yeah I think that was why the price was low but only found out when the deal was nearly done and my heart was already set on it,also checked and found out it has the r.s monitor aswell which they didn't mention in the advert or didn't know about.
Well now you've found the previous owner and enthusiast it can put your mind at ease. Again, good buy that. Evans have a yellow Megane RS, recaros and monitor with 85k miles at £10k. Get a memebers ride up and keep us updated.

Haha yeah it was in Peterborough or Portsmouth and then I got it transferred up near Leeds, No I didn't receive a folder or any previous MOT's (I checked the previous ones online before I bought it though) but will ask them to see if they can chase the folder up as need to take it back as ABS light has flicked on a couple of times (only for a second or two but still worth asking them to sort it out) and to take it back so they can put 12 months MOT on it. Thanks I was going to check at the weekend to see if it had one in before I bought one but good to know

Yeah they have put new ones on the front but are only cheap budgets,I told them I wasn't happy with them and tried using them as a bargaining point but they were not having any of it So they will be coming off in the new year and getting replaced. Both the DRL's are not working but ringing up and getting it booked in for MOT as it only came with 6 months and they are putting 12 months on and at same time telling them the intermittent ABS light needs sorting along with the DRL's and the o/s/f headlight is misted up,all easy enough to sort but might aswell get them to do it.
