im looking for a r26 and I've come across a few with 100k plus mileage, what are they like for taking this sort of mileage?
I bought my 225 with 104k on the clock, it's now on 118k and since i have owned it, it's driven to trackdays, thrashed around and driven home. I live a long way away form all tracks, closest track is 144 miles, mine has been remapped running about 260 bhp without any problems and it is still as sweet as when i bought it, so i wouldn't worry.
Agreed, mine was bought with 96k just make sure it has a good service history and you should be fine. They're pretty strong engines, especially in standard form just ensure it's had regular oil changes and servicing when it should have been done.
