for the past few weeks on my 250 cup when I releaset the handbrake the lever seems to have quite a lot of movement in it like it isn't attached properly . you can move it side to side which I never noticed before also when applying the parking break it only really seems to hold on a hill when it is on the last click of the ratchet, the handbrake light comes on on the very first click on the ratchet , is it possible that where it pivots that something has come loose and how would I check that or is the handbrake adjustable ?
Pads are fine only been on about six months along with new discs. Seemed to happen to suddenly to be stretched cables
