15mm rear spacers, 5mm fronts, with longer bolts

Are they universal or specific fit?

 

Are they Hubcentric ?

What the idea wider foot print better handling or just for different off set wheels?

 

Looks mainly for me. I fitted similar size spacers to my previous BMW E46 330 coupe, to bring the wheels out to the the arches. Didnt really effect the handling.
The rear wheels of a Renaultsport Megane sit in a fair bit, In my opinion they look better with them fitted. I will post some before and after pics once fitted.
