No, it's a TW Steel special edition that I think came out around 2011. There's a couple available new on Amazon at £285 but I got this second hand for 120.
TW Steel make good quality watches, hence the price is for that rather than just the Renault branding. I wouldn't have bought some no-name £3 Chinese watch just because it said Renault on it! Watches are a hobby of mine as well as Renaults, and £120 is nothing for a watch tbh. (It is to me but not in the big scheme of things)
