Hi Guys, I want to swap the 19" wheels on my RS265 Trophy as i really don't like them in black. I'll store the originals as i'll go back to standard if the car ever gets sold. I'm looking for some in Anthracite or Gunmetal as i love the way they look against LY. I'm struggling to find any with a similar ET as the standard ones. I think the most i could go to is ET40 before sticking out of the arches, is this correct?
ET40 and lowered is nearly certain to rub, I've 20mm spacers on the rear of mine, so take that from the et65 of the steevs, leaves me with an offset of et45. Some folks have experienced rubbing with my specs, though I haven't. You might get away with it depending on the sidewall profile of the tyre - there are some major differences between what should be similar 235 width ones.
The other problem you may encounter is colour. Limiting yourself to a choice of two you may not find a wheel you like, you may need to paint them when you settle on a set. Wheel choice ATS for me
You can get the TSWs in 18s, I think they're 18s in the pic - they look bigger on the pic because the car has been lowered
The following ticks all the boxes but all depends on your preference. The following statement comes with a disclaimer and works both ways. Alloys are like women One man's beauty is another man's beast! BBS CH-R 19 inch 8.5 48 offset Pcd 112 Anthracite
Why is it so important them to be 19" ? Some alloys are looking good in 18" also under Meg. And for me, the weight of the alloy wheel is really important factor.. Sent from my SM-A300F using Tapatalk
