Mine is much nicer though ... And quicker lol! Keep us posted on your track exploits - I'm sure we'll meet soon
What size tyres do you run on your 17's? And what are the specs of your wheels? I'm trying to guage what wheel spec to go for if I go the 17" route
I went for a black roof; wasn't sure at the time but has really grown on me. Just do it - costs very little for a wrap and can be changed back at any time
We want pictures!!! I used to run a rays forged wheel - the lmgt4 and apart from it looking ace it was incredibly light and strong. Did literally thousands of track miles over kerbs etc and after many years were still completely true and perfect on the balancer.
Better, more dry grip, more sure footed in the wet. The only reason to run RSRs is if your on a budget imo.
Not at all but I've had a set crack on mini so personally won't be using them on a car that I take curbs on track like I'm in a 90s touring car
Just personal experiences I suppose I had plenty of cheap wheels on my cars before and never had an issue but the way I see it now is this car deserves the best it can have and it's not even about branded snobbery as these rays cost me less then a set of rotas so to me makes no sense having something that hasn't had the testing, research and development etc then the real deal. Especially considering the way I drive this car. But hey horses for courses
Get across! I'll be there 24th/25th, would be nice to see this car go! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Good day at forge action day at Castle combe yesterday, weather was shocking with 1st track session being so wet I could barely see car in front luckily 2nd session dried up a bit and had the most fun I've had on track chasing my mates 450bhp golf gti
