    My suggestion would be if you didn't need any money to sell it to a friend for £1 so it's off the books, as a non-functioning or running car solicitors won't chase up exact costings and you can continue with the project in the future.

    Don't even need to change over the log book as thats just the registered keeper not the owner, just get a poxy piece of paper that states you sold it to a friend late 2015 (before divorce proceedings) and that'll stand up in the court of law because it'll be down for them if actioned to prove it wasn't which they can't. Or is the issue you need to store it somewhere?

    Anyway sorry to hear of your situation and hope things go as smooth as they can go in such circumstances!

    If you are serious in selling please drop me a PM when you have time to do so as I'd seriously be interested in finishing this project.

    It's up and running now. Starts instantly and idles fine for about 2 mins but it's got a lumpy idle after its warmed up and feels lumpy below 2k revs, above that it's fine. Still needs mapping but that's only £120.
    I'm sure it's either a sensor or a wire but can't do anything with it now.

    You should get it finished, even if you plan to move it on. I am sure that after all the effort you deserve one run in it fully working!

    I know and it will kill me when It goes.
    I know it's gonna be a simple fix but I've got too much going on at the minute.
    It's got loads of mods which I will list if it doesn't go as it is.

    This is a sad story :worried: hope everything works out. It will been there and done it myself this time last year. Will take a while to die down but it will.
    How many penny's you looking for? I'm interested but not sure what I could get together?

    I was gonna advertise it at 3 grand.
    I've spent almost that on it this year alone.
    Spec is.....
    265 engine and turbo with new water pump and cambelt.
    Ktec intercooler black
    Ktec 3" cat back exhaust
    Rs240 wrapped decat
    Uprated Aluminium radiator
    630 injectors
    H&Rr springs.
    Forge actuator
    Short shifter
    New dual mass and and clutch kit
    265 steering wheel
    Scan gauge
    Boost gauge with digital oil pressure/temp built in.
    Power flex engine and gearbox inserts.
    Power flex black anti roll bar mounts.
    New drilled brembo discs brakes all round. Mintex1144 front pads and brembo rears with ate race fluid.
    Almost new 235 Vredestein tyred.
    I'm sure theres more that I've forgot.

    Definitely, that's some parts list! Even if it's just the aftermarket bits.
