When I seem to park up after driving and just waiting for some one. I'm experiencing engine management light that keeps flashing, can will be idle ticking over fine just flashes and then goes off temp gauge don't move from where it should

Thats the exhaust emissions light (and airbag) I'd bet 99% that its your injectors especially with the intermittent flashing. Does your exhaust "cough"/puff on idle? If you do plug it in to an OBD reader it will probably come up as p03000 random cylinder misfire If you can do without your car for a few days injectortune do a ultrasonic clean service through the post at around £60 for all 4 Or do what i did buy some second hand injectors and send them to be cleaned then your not without your car! you can normally pick up a set of second hand injectors for around £30
Have you ever had the injectors cleaned / replaced? How many miles has your car done? If you've got the brown tagged injectors their known for beeing worse than the blue tagged ones
They just plug straight in mate. But if you've got an android phone i'd personally buy the torque app and an elm327 obd reader, it works out a few quid more but the torque app lets you data log look at live sensor info etc etc bit like a scan guage and it will be under £20 for torque pro and a bluetooth obd reader

thanks for info guys. it done 101k - for sum reason the injector caps are GREY - even a rs lover on this site seen em and said ive never seen them before. the car been totally rebuilt before i bought it
Definately injectors. I had the exact same thing & it would come on when the car had been idling for a couple of mins but then within 5 mins of driving it would go off again. Lee.
what kind of faults did you get - i mean im not finding any faults with injectors apart from this warning light
