  8. Ah apologies; you did say above.

I didn't know they were different. But that site for parts, have almost everything

  9. Wish I had seen this sooner as I just shelled out £260 for rear discs and £230 for fronts for my cup when I see I could have got them both for just over £180 a pair: :'(

  10. no probs, you would of thought they would be the same.

  12. For a Megane 225 engine wich NGK sparks are better PFR7Z - TG or 9S ?

  13. Just buy standard oem ones

  14. Does everyone not bother with using the bead of fluorinated grease on the boots that the manual says to use when fitting new plugs? I think it's about £35 from Renault for the grease!! I've had new plugs sitting on the side but not fitted them for ages as I didn't know whether to just fit them or shell out for the grease to protect the coils?

  15. Woukd only use PFR7Z - TG as recommended by andy at engine dynamics and renault

No not used that grease, the only thing i did was to smear a small amount of copper grease on the plug threads, as they were a bit tight to remove.

  17. I have always always done that .copper grease on spark plug thread is important.also never change and or do up spark plugs when cars hot lol.
