I have a leaky rad and rear pads are a bit low but will be ok. You on this ?

I'm not going to make this now. I've a leaky rad and I'm waiting to get it sorted when I get the cambelt done in the new year so I'm not going to risk it. I do have someone interested in my place and I'm just waiting to hear from them but if this falls through it will still be up for grabs.
