Installing Pioneer Double Din

  1. Howdi all

I bought a pioneer double din for my 225 and after offering it up to my centre console I've got gaps either side and also the bottom.

How would I go about installing it and not have the gaps? I've obviously got some work to do on the console ie fitting the casing and filling the gaps with grp/plastic filler etc. It's going to be flocked anyway so no problems about final finish etc.

How have you double din lads done yours? Pics would be great.

Pics below of what I mean.
