Just split the headlights and paint the surrounds, They come apart pretty easy. Chuck them in the oven then carefully prise them apart, heatgun/hairdryer helps as well. Reseal and jobs a good un
Haha, Its honestly easy enough, Im sure a decent bodyshop would even do it for you. Rimstock, I done it to my halogens, Im sure you know what headlights with black surrounds look like though. Xenons are the exact same though, Same chrome surround.
