   Do you know if these are a direct replacement on the 265? Are they plug and play as such? I would like the xenons to replace my standard headlamps...
   
   Any chips/scrapes/cracks?

   Not sure if they are direct replacement for 265. No damage at all. They're in Excellent condition.

   Does anyone on here know if these are a direct replacement? Or does it require additional parts to make these work to replace non xenon headlamps on a 265?

   No, you need to wire in some decoders or get them programed via clip
