I'm having my rear arches resprayed to get rid of the gravel rash but dont want it coming back so I'll wrap it with a bit of clear bra type stuff. Does anyone know the best place to get the film from?
Can contact paint shield Peterborough who have the template for these. Cost me £50 fitted from memory
ebay or amazon. I got some for my mk2 225, it's not overly noticeable but the car is red. The grey above looks lovely.
Was just a roll of film that I had to cut to size. For the couple of euro/pounds it was it does the job.

It could be quite an extreme percentage of an actual meganes value, for a front kit on a Ferrari it's £2200 that's bumper,bonnet and wings.
I just wanted the rear arches and door shuts done, as I'm having them sprayed in a few weeks. To do the front on these is about £500, but you can still get hold of the film and do it yourself if you have the time and patience!

I have had my r26r done with a custom made kit, mulgari automotive did it. They now have the template so can replicate, Mike was my contact top guy indeed. They use the new self healing film, it is not cheep but it does the job. Based Heathrow way http://mulgari.com

I've got a local vehicle wrapping company looking into this for me. Chap is finding out what paint protection software he has available for the Megane. As soon as I hear something I'll post on here.
I had a lot done I.e full bonnet, full front bumper, full front wings the rear quarter complete as in from the bottom of the window covering the hole quarter panel to include the full sill covering the inside of the door sill in one complete peace as well as the roof ! I will dig out the price, there was no pattern for the megane so they had to digitally map the car and make one from there otherwise you would need I cut the film on the car which is not good. Now it's mapped they will be able to change the size depending on the area size you want to cover, the less you cover the cheaper it will be. If you give Mike a call he will be able to give you a specific cost of you want he is a good guy.
I think I'd go down the route of either a paper or card template. You'd cut it and modify it to suit. Then once it can be lay down perfectly use it to create a template out of 3M stuff. RS 175 Lux
did anyone ever get a price from a company to do this? just had parts of the car resprayed and ideally want the front bumper (lower), door shuts and rear wheel arch
