  1. Thanks guys. Can't wait to get some more track time this tear

  2. no, no, let's hope you don't have another incident which ends in tears ;-)

  3. How so? I mean how do the hubs cancel it out? Surely unsprung weight is unsprung weight?

  4. Na I'll be fine this year lol

Because the hub turns independent of the strut, the suspension leg always maintains the optimum angle in relation to the angle the weight of the car is shifting.. Hard to explain lol

  6. you are right... the perfo hubs have nothing to do with this; you could probably even argue that they make it worse, because they're heavier than an old-school mcpherson strut that doesn't have independent steering.

  7. Alignment done DSC_0030_zpsw8kxn418.jpg

  8. calipers being sent off over the weekend to be refurbished yellow and the bells on my discs anodised black ready for new discs

  9. As anodising the bells on my brakes would take 3-5 days and me needing my car amd actually needing my new discs on I quickly spruced them up. By no means perfect but a darn site better then before.

  12. Out of interest what toe did you end up going for on the front wheels? -0.1 in total?

  13. Just left it at 0

  14. It's a great machine alright. What have you done to the engine then? How did you manage when it was being fixed after the off?

  15. Intercooler, exhaust, downpipe, pipercross cone filter, forge dv rstuning map. And I still had the white one to drive around in

  16. love this project such an epic car!! Im looking at going to the nurburgring for the first time next year i want to make sure the brakes & tyres get me round in one piece can you recommend anything decent but not breaking the bank?

  17. Pads are something I find pretty personal but saying that nurburgring isn't hard on brake imo but obviously you want something decent. Ill be trying endless pads next but most on here will recommend carbon lorain pads

  18. ok thats cool thanks dude i shall try the carbon lorain pads then

You don't need them to run the Hybrid but its a waste as your not going to really benefit from it fully without.

  37. How much have you dropped the car with Clubsports and any issues with UK roads (ie. bumps or multi-story carpark ramps). As I really like the ride height yours is showing.

Just trying to plan ahead as the street from mine I have 4 speed bumps to contend with instantly.

If your willing to share you geo settings as well for set up that would be great, at moment i was pretty much just going to say to Ktec dial in what they think is best, I think Floyd there seems pretty clued up having KW Variant 3's on his own Megane RS.

Wheels look good but has front end had a respray looks slightly different red?

  39. Mate I have no clue what the height is but no trouble at all and my road is a mile worth of speed bumps. Geo settings are 2degs camber front 1deg rear and toe atm is at 0

  40. It has but wings done too. It's this pics lighting that makes it look different
