It's good oil, I very rarely boot it.

I just prefer to use good oil.

Exhaust update.

So I've been talking to Charlie @cgrautomotive for a good year if not 2 about a megane system, up until a few month ago Charlie got back in touch saying he's starting to make progress from the cad drawing and start making jigs up.

To being fitted into place to get the new hangers and mounts made,











For it to be all taken back off again to be all welded up properly.
I asked Charlie to give a little upward angle on the exhaust tips and to extend a few mm so hopefully that will put an end to the black shit boots these megane are so popular for.

A fair few hours of welding and each join as neat as the last.

Charlie really did keep me up to date on every little detail which I loved as I don't like leaving my car

The sound on tick over is perfect, not to loud and boomy, then once the foot is planted, (4th gear at 70mph) it really comes alive, it just roars at you.

Not only does it look and sound nice, ive noticed a big increase in performance and how quickly it picks up and how much more freely it revs, and I'm not just saying that it really does, my dad's drove it a few times and he's been with me today and drove it, got back out and said "now that's fucking quick, feels more responsive"

So a big thanks to greg @Feirny for introducing me to Charlie and his team, it was a pleasure in dealing with you and will be back to see what else we can work on as this system being the first one made Is absolute superb.

Seat update.

After I bought it back from James there was little things I wanted to change, I.e the blue recaros and blue rear bench.





As you can see the blue recaros look nothing short of brand new and I'm sure the new owner of them likes them too.

So here's what I changed them too.







Will be swapping the rear door cards over Too, as @ricardo is fully stripping the rear out.

I've also bought a brand new leather arm of Matt e on here so will be fitting that this weekend too along with the inlet manifold and boost pipe so going to give them a powder coat and tarten up the engine bay.


A service will be happening shortly, it's not ready for it but may as well get the Cambelt done too, to keep on top of things
