Hi all, Recently putchased a Megane RS and I love it. Not without its minor faults though. After all the recent rain we've had my drivers footwell was full of water. Searched on here and found a guide to clearing the scuttle drains. Which I've just done. Then I noticed this mystery connector? It was just laying there.... Passenger side. Any help would be fantastic. Thanks and merry Christmas
Well the mystery connector doesn't have a home and the footwell is still full of water even after cleaning out the scuttle drainage holes. Any advice?
Same problem with mine. The drainage holes were fine and I'm still finding water in my driver side footwell pocket every few days. I even drilled a couple of extra holes around the wiper just in case leaves were blocking the main hole, but still the problem occurs. With the volume of water falling at the moment, I think it's just filling up to quickly and pouring over the edge.
After I cleared out the drainage hole it seemed to dry out a bit and then the rain came again and it filled right back up. Not damp but full. It's getting annoying now as it's causing condensation on the inside windscreen. Between this his car and sealing my dads mk4 golf door cards, I'm getting pissed with this weather!
