  1. Looking at buying a Megane F1 or R26.

    Price range between 3k - 5k

Colours : Blue, Black, Liquid Yellow

    What use got for sale?

  2. Hope you get what your looking for but that's a low budget for a r26 model

  3. I am selling my R26 pm me for details.

  4. I wouldn't bother buying a liquid yellow for 5k or less, it'll probably be a bit of a heap of its that cheap. Not criticising just a word of warning as the 'liquid yellow tax' is normally about £700-1000 so it'll essentially be a 4K R26

  5. 'liquid yellow tax' - PMSL

  6. If I were after one, Robs would be the one, buy it drive it .com

  7. Mine has over 90k and has just had the same clutch and flywheel yours has at 50k. So mileage is not always an issue its the way they are looked after.

  8. Ive currently got a 182 Liquid Yellow Clio :tongueout:

Im not fussed if it is an F1, is there any F1s for sale?

  9. If I had the cash for yours I would have already bought it. Looks like a great car

  10. The slave cylinder was leaking on mine, not the clutch itself slipping. The point was you can throw as much money as you like at a 90k car, but it won't be worth much more than 5k. If you buy one for that and spend nothing then great, but buy the wrong one and that 5k can quickly become 7+.

  11. That's why we buy from an owners club so you can see what that person has done to their car

  12. Exactly, Ebay etc seem to be full of cars with little or no history which I don't really understand - why would you spend X amount on your car, service it etc then not bother keeping any paperwork or looking after it. At least buying from a forum you're getting a car somebody is enthusiastic about.

  13. This would be the one I would buy without any doubt.

I'm pretty confident there isn't many cars on this forum that have been maintained as well as this one has.
